Company history/background
The company has had an accredited Calibration Service since 1984 and its own product since 1995.
As a Calibration Service the company subsequently also became a manufacturer of unique patented measuring equipment.
Both activities are based in a separate BV.
Company activities
The company's own product concerns high precision measuring machines for the automatic calibration of screwthread gauges. The company has all the disciplines necessary for the realization and further development of the product under one roof: software engineering, electronics, mechanical production and calibration.
In the calibration laboratory, the machines are tested and certified before delivery.
A dealer network has been set up for international sales & support.
Our machines are used worldwide by demanding companies and organizations such as: Volkswagen, Grohe, Boeing, NASA, KIWA, Lockheed Martin, NIST, Marposs, Carl Mahr, Trescal, Emuge, Zimmer Biomet, etc.
Unique selling points
Due to the great advantages over conventional equipment and the proven quality, our machines have been exported for already 27 years to 25 countries.
Through continuous innovation, the application possibilities are continuously expanded. Even the oldest machines can be kept up to date with our philosophy of upwards compatibility.
Besides upgrades, our team of specialists perform periodic maintenance and calibration of machines in the field.

15 FTE will be employed by the company.
The 2021 turnover amounts to € 1,850,000.
The EBITDA 2021 is rounded off at € 345,000.
An asking price is indicated between €1,500,000 and €2,000,000.
The real estate in which the company is located can be rented and possibly also for sale.
Reason for sale is that due to age the DGA wants to reduce his activities.
In consultation, he is willing to remain available for some time for a smooth transfer.
