Company history/background

The sole proprietorship has built a very good reputation over the last 4 years and is well known throughout the region. We welcome guests from a catchment area of about 1 hour driving time. Teenagers, families, school classes, clubs and students are among our regular visitors. We would like to withdraw from the business for family reasons (relocation). A handover can take place at any time by arrangement. We are looking for a successor immediately. The business can be continued without much effort / commitment because the staff and processes are well-rehearsed.

Trampoline parks have become one of the most popular leisure activities in recent years. Our offer inspires people of all ages. Especially birthday parties are very popular. Before the lockdown, the trampoline park had a turnover of over 400k in 2019. After the reopening, the business also had good sales. The trampoline hall has a lot of potential. For example, there are 4 rooms that are currently vacant. Previously they were used as a beauty salon, office and children's room. In the check-in area it was planned to install a gastro kitchen. The sale of pizza alone would significantly increase sales and profits.

The offer and atmosphere of our trampoline hall is unique in the catchment area! Our employees in the jumping area are coaches and teach daily tricks to visitors. We specialize in teaching the guests on request quickly and above all safely the most diverse tricks. Because of this, there are many customers such as school classes, social institution and also private people who take a longer journey to visit our trampoline park. The trampoline park has a very good transport connection. Due to the convenient location, children and teenagers can easily reach the trampoline hall on foot. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building on the main street. The Kaiserslautern main train station is 1.3 km away. 14 parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance.
