Hello,

I am selling a registered GmbH (limited liability company) with no assets and no debts. The GmbH was essentially inactive.
So, anyone who wants to save themselves the paperwork and registration can purchase them.
In return, I save myself the liquidation and deregistration process.
The company's purpose, registered office and name can be changed at the notary's office during the transfer of ownership.

Annual financial statements, balance sheets, and previous account transactions can be viewed in advance.
The GmbH will of course be transferred free of debts and without obligations to third parties.
