• The company has ca 90 employees, the average age s 30 years. The management and engineering speak English, the entrepreneur also speaks Dutch.
• The entrepreneur is willing to cooperate with the new owner for a generous period of time.

• The market value of the machinery, which is in good condition, is approx € 1,550,000.  Shareholders' equity is positive.
