Products and services: The Company offers embroidery on all sorts of textile (shirts, polo shirts, trousers, pants, bags etc.). These products are delivered to clients nicely finished and packed. Market Segments Basically, the market segment is defined by what the customers want. There are clients that choose for the cheapest polo shirts and there are clients who deliver their own shirts. A relatively large segment of the market wishes high quality polo shirts and or other textiles. The Company can satisfy all these clients and therefore cover the whole market.

Sales and communication Sales are being handled by a salesman. Due to the strong quality of the services provided by the Company, a lot of clients are repeat clients. In the course of the years the Company has built up a solid reputation for its service to customers and the quality of the products delivered.
