The transfer would be for all shares. I (the manager) would step down, while my wife (the technical director) could continue working independently at the clinic, supporting the Physiotherapy and Pelvic Floor units. This provides security for the incoming manager: the outgoing manager wants to stay on but wants to completely relinquish their management responsibilities.
