Der Betrieb entstand im Jahre 1991. Er funktionierte unter dem Namen Drewit sp. z o. o. Das Unternehmen wurde vom Herrn Kazimierz Reczkowski gegründet. Das Unternehmen befasste sich mit der Lieferung von Produkten (hauptsächlich für Gärten bestimmt) aus Trockenholz. Der Hauptabnehmer war das Deutsche Unternehmen Hornbach. 90% der Produkte gelangten da. Im Jahre 2016 wurde das Unternehmen Drewit durch die Forest Style Group (FSG) gekauft.
