Das Unternehmen wurde 2008 gegründet und produziert seit 2010 Glas- und Spiegelelemente für die Automobilindustrie. Das Unternehmen hat seinen Sitz in Polen nahe der Grenze zu Deutschland. Einige der Elemente werden vor Ort hergestellt, andere (Großaufträge) werden bei Unterlieferanten bestellt, um die Produktionszeit zu verkürzen und die Kosten zu senken. Das Unternehmen hat keine Probleme mit den Mitarbeitern, alle arbeiten seit vielen Jahren im Unternehmen. Die Firma zahlt extra für das Lernen einiger Angestellter.
Die Produktionsstätte befindet sich in der Nähe von Breslau neben der Autobahn A4. Bestellungen werden zweiwöchentlich an Kunden ausgeliefert. Für den Transport werden Fremdfirmen eingesetzt. Alle Kunden befinden sich in Deutschland.
