Our client rents storage space (with or without its own house number), containers and limited business space (workplaces) to companies, entrepreneurs and to individuals. They are also active in buying and selling storage containers.
The company is located in a visible location on a very busy through road between regions with potential in South Limburg and Aachen. On the site are many parking facilities and space for loading and unloading.
The current rentable storage space is approximately 870 m2, over 2000m3, divided into over 130 storage rooms of different sizes (ranging from 25m2 to 1m2). In addition, the company has 16 house numbers where entrepreneurs can accommodate a business address.
Ebitda in 2023 is 130k at a rental income is in 2023 of 180k.

There is a stable and satisfied clientele who are on average rented for longer periods (> 1 year).
The current owner is willing to wind down in synergy with a strategic buyer.
